Example piece. The exposed area at the bottom is due to trapped air and the line around the mid section, because the piece was still humid from the first dip...(although just quietly, I was not sure it was completely submerged, combination effect perhaps) ;)

In they go! As this kiln is so large we dont have the same luxury of an overnight firing! It takes significantly longer to heat up and cool down.
